Our prints are made with direct-to-garment (DTG) printing, where the ink goes into the cotton. Looked after well, they stay bright for a long time. A few simple habits make a big difference.
Washing
- Turn the garment inside out before washing.
- Machine wash cold, up to 30°C, on a gentle cycle, or hand wash.
- Wash with similar colours. Dark colours may release a little dye in the first few washes.
- Use a mild detergent. No bleach, and avoid strong stain removers on the print.
- For the first wash, wash it separately.
Drying
- Don't wring the garment.
- Dry flat or hang to dry in the shade. Strong direct sun can fade colours over time.
- If you use a dryer, choose low heat.
Ironing
- Iron inside out on low to medium heat.
- Never iron directly on the print.
- Do not dry clean.
Kids rompers
Wash before first wear with a mild, baby-safe detergent, and skip fabric softener on the print.
Fabric notes
- Classic oversized tee: 100% super-combed cotton, 240 GSM, pre-shrunk. Cotton can still settle slightly after the first wash.
- Terry oversized tee: 90% cotton, 10% polyester terry knit, 260 GSM. The looped texture can catch on velcro and jewellery, so wash separately from those.
- Kids romper: 100% super-combed cotton, 180 GSM.
